Positve time Management help required

Hi Experts,

I am implementing +ve time management for the first time.

I have some doubts regarding the functionality of the positive time. I am using TM00 with time status as '1' and I am planning to record the actual clock-in and clock-out time in infotype 2011 through a interface with the time recording machine. Now i have below doubts:-

1) How to upload the time recording data to the infotype 2011? Is there any standard T-code available through which i can upload the time data to infotype 2011?

2) If any employee is ON-Duty, how to capture his working time?

We are also having ESS, so please suggest the solution keeping in mind the ESS functionalities also.
