Need Clarification on MCHB Table

Hi Experts,

I have an issue, I am using MCHB table to extract data for a material and plant combination for the posting period say 08.2010....

I am getting the output, but when I try for thr period 07.2010, it gives blank page.. as the Closiong stock of previous month should become openings stock for the current month... but the BW is able to give the data for previous month also (I mean 07.2010).. please suggest, whether is there any table where I need to find the history data.. or I am using the wrong table??
