Need Upgrade Wizard

Hi,

I am having SAP B1 8.8 PL 10, which is not having Upgrade Wizard Utility.

Now i need to restore 2005 B Database, while i am doing that it saying that me to use upgrade wizard utility.

I have checked in SAP Portal, Upgrade is available in PL 12.

But I don't wan't to intall PL 12. Without Installing the PL 12 i need to achieve this task. Is There any way to do so?
