hi,

goto MN04,

enter the condition type NEU

then enter the document types (NB, FO, UB etc), Function - VN, DATE (1), Time (4 - immediate printout) medium En.

then select that document type and goto communication, there give the output device name and click on print immediately if you want the po output when you save the purchase order.

Hi,

1) use transaction nace

2)Select application EF and go to condition records

3) o/p type is neu , select the same and double click on it .

4) select paricular condition table.

5) maintain condition records , means for particular combination NEU should appear automatically in PO print.
