Command DB6_DATA_COLLECTOR failed on server

Hi Experts,

Encountering below issue continuoulsly:

This is the DB6 (DB2 UDB) utility program for SAP kernel 640.

db6util not successfully finished (exit -1).

(I) Performing actions for option -sl 1 1 .

(I) Checking for lock wait situations.

(I) Attaching as user bwpadm .

(I) Attaching to database instance for database: BWP

(I) Nodename for instance attachment is: db2bwp

(E) sqleatin returned SQL code: -10002

SQL10002N The password supplied is too long. SQLSTATE=28000

(E) Attach to database instance failed.
