CRVS2010 Beta - Problems printing Dot Matrix with custom page size

While using Crystal Reports Beta 2, I am attempting to print a custom page sized report to a Dot Matrix printer. If inside the IDE in the report preview, I can print the report out without issue. However, once I am running the software and Preview inside the Report Viewer, if I print from there, it rotates the entire page 90 degrees clockwise and prints sideways across the page.

I have tried to adjust the paper orientation, paper size, and a few other items, all with no results. Any ideas on what could be the issue?

The page size is 8.5" x 3.5" and has a custom page size set up under the printer.
