Error 401 - Unathorized after requesting username and password

Hi Guys,

I have a problem with B1ic I already try everything and follow all the guides available (Installation, Troubleshooting and Administrator), I have defines a database in the SLD, the u201CTest connectionu201D to de D1DI and the JDBC works fine. Besides in the u201Cb1Serveru201D Field I entered the IP same way for the u201ClicenseServeru201D and still working.

But when I get into SBO a window appears with the following message:

Cannot connect to the B1i server. For more information see below:

The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

After this message another login window appears asking for a username and password like this:

The server XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX at B1iP_ipo_/vP.001sap0004.in_HCSX/com.sap.b1i.vplatform.runtime/INB_HT_CALL_SYNC_XPT/INB_HT_CALL_SYNC_XPT.ipo/proc requires a username and password.

Warning: This server is requesting that your username and password be sent in an insecure manner (basic authentication without a secure connection).

I already try with manager, B1iadmin, B1i, Administrator of the server and no one works. After three entries the widget of the Dashboards displays this message:

SAP BiP detected an error:

Emitted HTTP Code

401- Unauthorized

Internal Reason

XCL 199 Authentication required

I already defined as Superuser B1i and assigned all the licenses (B1i and B1iINDIRECT_MSS)

Any help to solve this issue would be great

UserName: Language/user_name/company_name (e.g. en-US/manager/SBODemoUS)

Password: The SAP Business One user password (e.g. manager password)

(language enumeration: cs-CZ, da-DK, de-DE, el-GR, en-CY, en-GB, en-US, en-SG, es-AR, es-CO, es-ES, es-PA, fi-FI, fr-FR, he-IL, hu-HU, it-IT, ja-JP, ko-KR, nl-NL, no-NO, pl-PL, pt-BR, pt-PT, ru-RU, sk-SK, sr-YU, sv-SE, xx-XX, zh-CN, zh-TW)

My language is Spanish Latin America I try with all spanish available (es-AR, es-CO, es-ES, es-PA), the user manager and my company name like this.

es-AR/manager/company_name

and I use the password that I use to log in SBO

And STILL the error, I really don't know what else to do.

Hi Miguel,

Actually I only uninstall and install the Integrator, I need to tell you that I install and uninstall it like 3 o 4 times with the same information in all the installations, at last it was successfully running. If it is good installed you don't need to enter any login info, the dashboards are shown automatically.

Only be sure to follow perfectly the installations instructions and try to run it, you donu2019t need anything else.
