Transaction sxmb_moni unusual screen

Hi Guys

On my sxmb_moni when I double click the MESSAGE, on the left side of my screen I only see:

Inbound Message(CENTRAL)

Receiver Grouping

Responce

Am I not supporse to also see:

Receiver Determination

Interface Determination

Sender Agreement

Receiver Agreement

If am what could be the problem on my system. Is the any SAP PI content that I have to import?
