Data Cache Error

Former Member

Hi Experts,

Im new in this forum and please tell me if Im in the wrong Forum.

I think the problem Im facing is a data cache one.

The Scenario is a proxy -> Web Sevice. Synchronous.

The Symptoms are: problems in the ESR. when im testing my scenario I get diferent errors depending on the refresh of the cache.

If I refresh the cache in the ABAP stack transaction sxi_cache. the error showed is: Operation Mapping XXXXXXXXX Runtime error Mapping program is not available in runtime cache

If I refresh the cache in the JAVA stack in the administration tool the error showed is: Receiver Determination  Runtime error Error while refreshing the XI runtime cache

I never faced this before and cant find it in any other posts.

Thanks in advance and I hope you can help me.

Agus.

Hi Juan Manuel, thanks for the quick answer. I forgot to say that Im working with PI 7.1 EHP1.

I already read those manuals before and didnt find any solution for this problem.

I was thinking about how to expand the memory of the cache. do you know how to do that?

thanks in advance,

Edgar.

Did you make a Cache Connectivity Test?

It's in RWB -> Component Monitoring -> Cache Connectivity Test :
