How do I activate sales text?

Hi all. I have recently started work with a new company and have an issue I haven't encountered before., I have a sales text item that pops up when a quotation is being entered but does not pop up, as it should, when a sales order is entered. Can anyone advise me how this text pop-up can be activated for the sales order, please?
