    Hi,

To install SAP APPL-604 support package, you need upgrade SAP_APPL to 604, is your current SAP_APPL on 604, if so, you may apply the latest support packge SAPKH60407. Also, you need upgrade your SAP_Basis to 701 as well, it means you need have a NW 701 system.

    Hi,

As you mentioned your current support pack level is ECC 6 SP3 and you want to upgrade your SAP_APPL to 604. It means that you need to upgrade your EHP4 level. For this you need to follow EHP4 upgrade procedure.

To download packages you need solution manager and you need to use EHPI installer to upgrade your system to EHP4 level.

For more information, how you can upgrade your system to EHP4 level. follow How to install EHP4 and Technical FAQ's for EHP4 guides on http://service.sap.com/erp-ehp.

    Thanks
