Hi Gurus,

I have some documents which are not getting cleared and showing the followig error message Posting Only Possible With Zero Balance: corret your document

even if the debit and credit are balancing

I have checked the document it has value in Hard currecny( Local Currency 3) But the hard currency is deactivated in the Year 2007 only. so we are unable to clear the Openitems.

Can you please help to resolve the issue

I beleive that you are trying to clear an open item for which data in LC3 is available and now when you are trying to clear due to deactivation of hard currency or LC3 there exists a difference in the document which system is not clearing.

Did you tried reversal of the document using FB08 or FBRA? If not use this and create a new document which you can clear now.

This is only a work around.
