Problem in accessing IR

Hi Experts,

I am connecting to PI server using VPN connection. I am able to launch Integration Builder, ID and the Runtime work bench. But when I try to open IR, it shows me the Logon pad but does not allow me to edit User ID or password. I waited for allmost 5-6 hours but still could not edit it.

Please let me know the solution for this problem.

Hello Shweta!

Please try going to the XI start page -> Administration -> Click on the Repository tab -> Java Web Start Administration -> Re-initialization button. Then, open the IR again and see if it works.

I had to reinstall the java web start. Problem solved.
