Custom tab in sales header

Hi All,

I have added a tab in VA21/22/23 quotation Tcode at sales header level next to addl. data TabB.

Can we make this tab visible only for quotation. For the other sales transactions, this should not appear.

Can we acheive this using VFBS or any other way..Welcome your suggestions..
