Error in file picking in Quality

HI all,

In development system file is picking but while trying in Quality I am facing The below error in CC Plz help.

Conversion of file content to XML failed at position 0: java.lang.Exception: ERROR converting document line no. 89 according to structure 'xxx_yyy_zzz':java.lang.Exception: ERROR in configuration / structure 'xxx_yyy_zzz.': More elements in file csv structure than field names specified!
