Reservation

Dear Experts,

I have 1000 unit unrestricted stock for RM material say XYZ. This material is used as BOM component in one FG material.

I have created one production order where this material need 1000 unit & I have released this order too.

Now I have created second order for same FG where this RM need 500 unit.

My question is why system not trowing missing part warning message. When I check material availabilty,system throw message that all material are available. Why system not consider reservation.

Configuration as follow:

Checking rule : PP

No release if parts are missing

Availability check control : Tick for include reservation

Order type dependent parameter : Reservation/PR - 3 Immediatly

Please help.
