Dear Experts,

I have 1000 unit unrestricted stock for RM material say XYZ. This material is used as BOM component in one FG material.

I have created one production order where this material need 1000 unit & I have released this order too.

Now I have created second order for same FG where this RM need 500 unit.

My question is why system not trowing missing part warning message. When I check material availabilty,system throw message that all material are available. Why system not consider reservation.

Configuration as follow:

Checking rule : PP

No release if parts are missing

Availability check control : Tick for include reservation

Order type dependent parameter : Reservation/PR - 3 Immediatly

Please help.

Hi,,

Goto Availability chek

use combination of availability check & checking rule assigned to material

than *Incl.depen.reservat.* use X Include all reservations

A Only include withdrawable reservations

As per requirment

Dear Raja,

1.there is a stock for a component X in storage location say 0001 = 190.

2.Nwo I create a production order for 100 quantity and now the component req = 100 and the production order says all the

components are available.I save the order without any release.

3.Now again for the same header material i create one more production order for 100 quantity and this time the system says

confirmed quantity = 90 and there is a missing part for this order.Save without release

3.One more production order for 100 quantity and this time the system is showing a missing part list for the entire 100 quantity.

4.Check with your availability checking group assigned in the material master for the header and component and the checking rule

assigned to the production order in OPJK.

5.Check in OPJK during order creation and release for business function 1 and 2 whether the check box for material availability

during saving the order is included.

6.Also check for this checking rule(assigned to order type and plant combination) and checking group (assigned in the material

master) what parameters are included in OPJJ.

I am Not sure, Please un check reservation in OPjj for the avaialbility check and check it out. Might be it will work

Dear

Go to OPJJ, checking group-02, checking rule-PP. In there Deactivate the tick mark in "No storage location" and try it.
