Purchase Order Delivery date Expiry

Hi Friends,

My Client wants, Puchase Order should be blocked if the GRN is not done at the scheduled Delivery Date.

Please tell me if it is possible

    Hi,

    You can choose the following option:

    Step 1: Go to OMCQ to check if message M7163 is set as Error or not (should set to Error)

    Step 2: In item detail part of PO, go to tab Delivery, enter "Latest GR date".

    Then, if the posting date is later than the latest GR date, the PO cannot received anymore.

    As per standard sytem allows goods receipt on or later date of scheduled date, but it is not possible to make GR before schduled date incase of schedule agreement.

    your requirement is not possible

    please check if a user exit is possible with the logic if the delivery date is other than it mentioned, in the po will give a error message.

    We do not want to go for any customization. We are told to go for only standard settings.

    If I am confirm that it is not possible then I can say to the client that it is not possible.
