Transfer data from File / Proxy to transaction FB05

Dear All,

I am new to SAP and new to this forum as well.

I have a scenario where I will have to develop a program that will retrieve data from a file or from proxy structure and pass those data to transaction FB05 and select radio button "Transfer posting with clearing" and then execute.

Everything needs to be done in background using a scheduler.

Please let me know how to go about that.
