Hi Guys,

I have two questions,

In our organisation the gross payment for some of the employee is not coming correctly in form 16?

Also some of the payment component like arrear is not coming correctly in Form 16

What may be the reasons?

Regarding your first query

can you please elaborate with figures and hope you know the cumulation of Regular wage types which cumulates for the next preceeding years and irregular wage types for only that period

Hi Guys,

In our Organisation we run payroll parallaly in quality server & production server.Inspite of giving all the inputs same in quality server in Form 16 arrear from previous year amount is not matching with the production server?

What may be the reason?

Also can anybody describe from where it picks up arrear from previous year value?

For all the employees there is a income hike in the mid of year but for some employee this error is coming?

What is the wagetype components which basically deals with gross payroll value of Form 16,Also where is the form 16 customisation in SAP?In our organisation the problem is for some of the employee ,the gross value in form 16 coming wrong in production server but for all employee it is coming correct in Quality server?What may be the reasons?

Also,Is it mandatory to maintain arrear & retro wagetypes of basic pay,HRA?If it is necessary then where to link this wage types(Retro,arrear)with basic pay,HRA wagetype?

for retro you have to configure C/F wage type and B/F wage type which you can find in PCRs IN42 43 44 you have to copy those pcrs and include your custom wage types for Generation of arrear

Check for Ex MB10

For Gorss Salary in RT check /418 total annual gorss wage type

Can you tell us wht exactly the amount you should get and what the system is showing

In /418 wagetypes the value should come 643.540 & the value is coming 612.580

thanks so much for your response,but the problem is this problem is coming only for some of the employees of that employee groups,secondly this problem is not in quality server only in production server

Hi Guys,

The main problem is the gross payment is coming Rs 15000 hIgh in production server in Form I for some of the employee whether it is coming exact in quality server......since the problem is coming only for some of the employees ...so the issue is not related to customisation......

Secondly,the arrear value is also coming wrong for those employees....for those employee the retro has been run.........

As per your value 15000, (if it is exactly same for all employees), i guess, it might be related to Medical exemption. but i am not sure. Please try to think in this point of view dear..

does /414 is generateing in RT

and the gross amount is deducting that 15000 rs

Hi Guys,

First of all,our problem is only in production server, not in quality server ;

Secondly,today i compare the log of both the server & find that there is some difference in Exemption amount,gross salary can it have any impact O reffect on the gross salary statement difference in Form 16 of both the server.....
