Hi All,
I have a very basic question in HR Appraisals.
Who initiates the appraisal in standard SAP? Is it Manager (Appraiser) or Employee (Appraisee).
Can a employee initiate appraisal and submit it to Manager ?

Appraisee can intiate appraisal through ESS . Are you using Portals for appraisal or R/3.

We are using Portal for ESS.
We have created an appraisal template using the category Objective Setting, I wanted to know if employee can initiate appraisal and submit to manager.

In ESS Appraisee can trigger the form. Employee can initiate appraisal and submit to manager. Try & All the Best
