problem in standard workflow of claims WS18900023 in ESS

Hi ,

I am functional consultant and I am facing problem in standard workflow of claims WS18900023 .

When approver clicks on approve button it gives message that ' Validation is succesful 'and it does not get approved.

When approver clicks on Approve button it should say that request has been approved and that workiten should go from his inbox but this is not happening .That workitem still shows in his inbox with same status of to be approved .

Kinldy help in resolving this issue .

Hi Archana

This issue is happening only for claims are even for travel, leave request also. Check this because if this is happening to other modules also there is problem in portal connector. Check that you can narrow down the issue.

This is only happening to Claims workflow.Leave request workflow is working properly.

Hello,

Go to SWI1 to find the workflow and check the log for errors.

Hello ,

Checked in Swi1 . No error found in that .

In log it shows that it is in Ready status in Approvers bin .

Hello,

Does the workitem appear twice in the workflow log?

Maybe it's looping around for some reason?

Hello Archana !

Refresh the workflow buffers at SWUF and organizational buffers at PPWFBUF transactions.

If it odesn't works, complete the workitem at SWIA transaction code.

Still you can approve the using the function module "SAP_WAPI_DECISION_COMPLETE"
