Creating BP's From Flat File through Recording

HELLO TO ALL SAP GURU'S

Iam trying to create a number of business partners where in the required business partner info will be uploaded from the flat file but iam trying to do it using the transaction SHDB where in initially we will record the creation of bp and then we will modify the code to take the bp inputs from the flat file..plz can some body give me a view of it
