Need a lot more info.
What version of CR is a good place to start?
Is this an application or Crystal Reports Designer?
Check the platforms PDF files to see if the version of CR you are using is supported on that OS.
Thank you

CR 10 has not and will not be tested on Windows 7.
What kind of application and di you write it or a third party? Check with the developers if it's supported and how to.
And depending on the SDK used depends where I can move this post for more info.
Click on Businessobjects tab above and then Crystal Reports and you'll find the Platforms link.
Thank you
Don
