Hi Mates,
I am having some issues with getting the form: RISK to display on the portal: Object 01 VA 00000000 not found.
I defined form: Risk for Talent Assessment, assign template to Process Periods and Groupings. Adjust Data Retrieval for Appraisals, Evaluations, and Survey as well.
The appraisal template in status: Release.
Do you have any ideas?
I would be very grateful if you will answer asap.
HI Daniils:
So when you launch your Talent Assessment, you're saying you get a new screen that shows up with "Risk" available on the left hand nav bar. Then when you click that link, you get an error message that the appraisal wasn't found. Is that accurate? If it's not accurate, can you describe your situation again please?
if it is accurate, can you have a look at the following?
1) Are your appraisal templates actually in the client you're testing in? SAP will automatically generate a few table entries, and if you're not testing in the same client you're configuring in, you'll need to manually add those automatic table entries to your transports. Those are the IMG steps "Transport Forms" and "Transport Process Form Assessments".
2) You're 100% certain the ID you're testing with has access to object VA in all statuses?
Let me know when you get time.
Thanks,
Chris

Hi Chris,
Yes, the appraisal template is in the client which I am testing now.
Yes, these IMG steps which you mention were done as well.
More detailed explanation:
I did additional configuration for WebDynpro: HRTMC_LONG_PROFILE
It was added tab Risk from Talent Assessment.
This is attributes which were used during new tab: Risk configuration:
Component: HRTMC_TA_ASSESSMENT
View: WDW_MAIN
I run this WebDynpro through transaction: SE80. It is automatically opens in the portal.
So, when I am selecting tab: Risk there is an error message: Object 01 VA 00000000 not found.
Hopefully it is much clear now.

Hi Daniils:
Yeah, thanks, it is much clearer. However, I must confess I can't quite say what your issue is.
Can you launch a potential assessment or any of the other assessment documents (barriers, competencies, talent groups)?
Did you touch the template at all in HRTMC_CATALOG_TMC or did you leave it untouched?
Are you confident in the dates you've entered for risk in the define process & periods IMG step?
If you went into PHAP_CREATE and made a risk document for the CP you're testing with, then launched the Web Dynpro, would it show up?
Sorry I can't give you something more concrete. This should definitely work, so there's a little something goofed up somewhere, we've just gotta track it down.
Good luck,
Chris
So please check if
the problem occurs also if you are using this web page for testing
(transaction phap_start_bsp -> copy link).
are you using BSP based appraisals?
You have to create a BSP Iview and refer it to the BSP Application
HAP_DOCUMENT. Depending on the requirement, this needs to refer to
different 'pages with flowlogic' of this BSP application, which I
describe below.
In MSS we support Objective Setting and Appraisal functionality
and it is available in Employee Review workset and the corresponding
iview is com.sap.pct.hcm.teamviewer.mbo.
Following sites can be used for the different roles:
Create an appraisal document
documents_todo.htm/CREATE_DOCUMENT
HR department or HR administrator
Prepare appraisal document
documents_todo.htm/CHANGE_DOCUMENT

I do not have any issue with creating appraisal template (template was created and released successfully), there is a problem to show apprsaisal form: Risk on the portal.
I did additional configuration for WebDynpro: HRTMC_LONG_PROFILE, it was added tab Risk with next attributes:
Component: HRTMC_TA_ASSESSMENT
View: WDW_MAIN
