Hi,

I try to use the functionality Adobe Print Form which allows you to hide on the print and show on the preview a part of a document (here a logo).

It works with the PDF document that I get in local.

but, if the document is send directly to print, it have my logo that appears on my print.

I use pre-printed document and therefore I have twice the logo.

is anyone have a solution or know more about it.

thanks,

Franck

Hi Guys ,

I also have the same requirement ( not to print Logo and Footer but display in Print preview). I have maintained visible property at Object level as Visible only in screen as Otto Gold mentioned , however while printing the form from SAP as Adobe PDF Printer or Microsft Print to PDF als Standard Printer, Logo and Footer is also printing. I tried to handle this with preprint and postprint event but no luck. PLease note: footer an dlogo resides on Master page

Would you please guide how to achieve this functionality in S4/Hana . I would appreciate if you can share the correct entry maintained in TSP0B table. May be it leis in Printer settings.

Hi,

As I understood this,

You donu2019t want the logo to be printed but you want it to be present in the print preview.

I had exactly the same requirement within my project; this is how I had handled this scenario,

Select the logo, go to Palettes -> Object. in that at the bottom there is the presence TAB, select u2018Visible (Screen Only)u2019

The logo will not be printed but will be visible in all other cases.

For every object there is a tab Object, where at the bottom you can see a drop down presence. Here you can choose when you want the oject to be visible. Only screen, only print, both etc.

Hope that helps, regards Otto
