issue applying part of OSS note 1419048 Dian for Colombia

Hi All

I've received a requirement to apply this change for DIAN Magnetic Output fro Colombia.

But the solution has been implemented partially (what I mean is that after implementing it some patches came accross)

Now we have Abap trying to apply those changes but they are not being able.

they are trying to apply some LAE files which they don't have any information how to process them .

If you have any idea or had the same issue
