Server Intelligance Agent Is Not Showing Up In CMC

Hi,

I installed BOBJ Enterprise XI 3.1 on Windows Server 2008 Enterprise SP2 machine. Database is MySQL.

When i try to login CMC web page it is giving error as below:

"Error: Server SRVBO:6400 not found or server may be down (FWM 01003) null "

The reason is Server Intelligance Agent Is not showing up in Central Configuration Manager.

i can only see apache tomcat 5.5.20 and winhttp web proxy auto discovery service. Why i can not see Server Intelligance Agent in Central Configuration Manager?
