Contract not seen in APO

Hello Experts,

I am facing a strange issue in SAP APO. The contract created in ECC is not seen in APO ( /SAPAPO/PWBSRC1 - Display External Procurement Relationship ).

The CIF is active & no queues are seen, may I know which more things I have check or any setting is missing,

why the contract is not seen in above mentioned transaction ?
