Export to Excel with Image and formatted data

Hi,

We have a requirement where we need to create a excel file which has image and some formatting. Using xml transformation we are able to download the excel with formatting but still searching for a solution to download the image.

If anyone has come across this kind of scenaio, request you to share his/her inputs.

Hi,

What kind of XML file are you producing ? (XML or XLSX)

I tried to save Excel with embedded images using the XML format and I have a warning message saying that the image would not be saved. Thus, I guess it is not possible to do so for this format.

If you generale XLSX then it should be possible. (some hints in : http://openxmldeveloper.org/forums/thread/367.aspx)
