FAGLFLEXA vs GLPCA

Former Member

Dear All,

I am currently working on setting up New GL (my company was using PCA, now we are switching), but I am having problems finding back my original links to SD and MM data. In our current BI system we are using the GLPCA table as the reference point for all document numbers to do lookups in the SD and MM tables that we load. Since we are now using FAGLFLEXA I am missing those links. Does anyone know where I can find back the original documents for easy look ups in BI?

Sincerely,

Michael

Hi,

You can find the original SD or MM document by linking form table BKPF.

You will get the RBUKRS, GJAHR, BELNR and BUZEI in table FAGLFLEXA, from which you can fetch data from BKPF.

Thanks Gaurav,

After I do the look up in BKPF then I need to take that data and look it up again in the SD and MM table (VBRK, VBRP etc.)? Seems like a lot of work compared to GLPCA.

Thanks for the info and I will try and make it work in BI.

Sincerely,

Michael

Hi Michael,

Actually, if you are using DataSource 0FI_GL_14 all these links should be already in place. Please, look at this link, the reference document is there:
