Error: Crystal Reports Integration for SAP Business One Installation Image

Hello All

I have installed Crystal Reporter Integration addon 2.0.07 as per the Installation Guide.

when i click on Report Preview with superuser ID i receive following error

Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.Windows.Forms, Version=12.0.2000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

In the document i have read The addon works with compatibility licence of SAP Business One. when i try to download this component from service portal i didnt find anything such

any help in this regards is highly appreciated
