Hi experts,
I have created one excisable GRN (part 1 also captured in MIGO) and the part 1 number due to some correction was deleted using J1IA. a new excise invoice number again created using same GRN/PO reference documents against whcih the old one was deleted.
Now i need to post part II agaisnt the newly created excise number but system throughs following error message. please suggest the solution if any so that part II can be posted -
No Part I exists for availing credit in excise invoice 10007333. 2010 (10007333. is the vendor's excise number)

Hello,
When You Receive the Goods With Refferce to PO ..... System will Update PART1 Entry ...... (Suppose you have selected the "ONLY PART1 OPTION in MIGO).
It Means that System was updated J_1IPART1 table entry with material document number. Suppose you want to delete PART1 entry then you should delete Material document , then system will automaticaly deletes PART1 entry from table. (bcz the Table contains movementype and material document also).
In Your case you are saying from J1IA you have cancelled PART1 entry. and created one more J_1IPART1 entry with same material document.
SO suggesation is Cancell Material document and create new material document and Update J_1IPART1 table by t code J1I5.
Conlcusion: If delete Material document system will automaticaly deleted PART1 entry from table, (Bcz J_1IPART1 table Contains Material document number as well as Movement type field also).
