Issue with WAERK field

Hello Experts,

I declared waerk as a field in my custom table with data type as waerk. And i am using the same table in my program for the declaration of an internal table. I used the internal table in my further coding. The program is getting activated but when i check the syntax error, the programs is giving the below error message.

The declaration for the key field "WAERK" is incomplete. However, 'WAERK' is contained in the key of table "GT_ARAH" and must be filled.

If any one has faced this kind of issue, Please let me know how to fix this.
