Prevent of spares on moment type 201

Dear all

I require help from all of you for prevent issue of spares through moment type 201 ( issue of spare against cost center)

because user are issue the spares against costcenter instead off maintenance order.

Restrict the authorization for the users belonging to the material issue transactions.

the following are the auth. objects:

M_MRES_BWA Reservations: Movement Type

M_MSEG_BMB Material Documents: Movement Type

M_MSEG_BWA Goods Movements: Movement Type

Remove 201 from these auth. objects.

Consult your BASIS team for more details.

i want to restrict the material type not on movement type. so pl suggest me solution for restriction on material type.

Raghav,

There is no option for restriction by Material Type in MIGO. You may have to use an exit MB_CF001 Customer Function Exit in the Case of Updating a Material Doc

Check with your abaper.

Please controlled it VIA Authorisation for Transaction Code MB21 for that users.
