turn off authorities while reading data

Hello Guys.

I deal with a problem: reading the SAP FM

RHPQ_INDIVIDUAL_PLAN_READ

I can not see the data because of I don't have corresponding authorities.

So I need to turn them off.

Before I call this FM I call these:

CALL FUNCTION 'HR_READ_INFOTYPE_AUTHC_DISABLE'.
 CALL FUNCTION 'RH_AUTHORITY_CHECK_OFF'.

But it doesn't help, auth whatever are checked.

Perhaps you know FM name which could call another functional module without authorities checking ?
