No authorization to the template report

Dear All,

I have recently created a web template and published in the existing role. Now, I transported the template to the Quality. Now, the end user is not able to access the report saying No Authorization.

Should I also transport the Menu role after I transport the Template & associated role.?

Please clarify.

Thanks and Regards,

Srinivas

Yes, otherwise changes will not reflect for the Role

Access rights will be different in each system, You can ask Basis team to give access to the user for this new template , can be done manual also

Thanks Srinivas.

I have collected the Menu role through PFCG in a transport request. Does transporting the Menu role should fix the authorization problem?

Thanks

Hi Srinivas

Along with the transport, the user should have the required role assigned to their ids. Please ask basis to add the required role to the users. Otherwise, they will get the error "no authorization".

Cheers

The user had the selection of each query to be accessed is managed by another role which is changed to work.
