Data Volume Management

Hello Experts,

Has anyone implemented DVM in your Solution Manager system? I need to know where to start it from. I have already done the RTCCTOOL and SAP notes suggested by it and went to workcenter to display the cockpit but did not find any document which tells me the starting point of it for configuration. I know what needs to be done once I reach to the first step. Is it in business process configuration, if yes which is the option and if not then where to go and look. Please suggest
