Hi,
Users are unable to login into Windows AD in XI 3.1
Following is the domain structure in AD
Domain1.net (root/parent)
- Child1.Domain1.net
- Child2.Domain2.net
- Child3.Domain3.net
The BO server and the BO service account are in the "Child1.Domain1.net"
I need help in configuring the krb5.ini file. There are 2 issues -
1. Users within the same domain(child1.domain1.net) but different (OU) are not able to login
2. Users within the different domains and different OU are not able to login
All the users in the child1.domain1.net and same OU are able to login.
Thanks,
-Purav.
first verify users map in ok in the CMC, then verify they can login to client tools lioke deski, designer, or business views.
After that the torubleshooting depends on your web/app
