Hi SAP Guru's!
I have a question regarding Work Schedule Rules:
The choice of Work Schedule you can attach to an employee is influenced by Molga/Country Grouping and not Payroll Area?
Also, if they can be attached via Payroll Area is there a table that can beused to review?
Thanks
WB
The selection of work schedule rules available in IT 0007 for an employee is dependent on the employee's personnel subarea and employee subgroup (through personnel subarea groupings and employee subgroup groupings).
The default value for work schedule rule for an employee is set using feature SCHKZ.
Payroll areas cannot be used in configuration for work schedules nor can they be used in the feature. Please review the requirement that calls for selection of work schedule rules on the basis of payroll area.
You can also try mapping the ABKRS feature to the SCHKZ feature to return the desired work schedule rule in SCHKZ as per the payroll area returned in ABKRS.

>The primary thing about time management it is not country specific
>While you creating work schedule it is only considering employee sub group grouping as well personnel sub area grouping.
>work schedule, It is attached with employee sub group, employee group, personnel area or personnel sub area. It is a guideline for the working time of an employee or a group employees.
>I never heard or believe it is attached through payroll area, i strongly believe it have no connection with payroll area.
> *Check this :Feature SCHKZ is using for defaulting work schedule rule , check what are the options that available there*
