Product catalogue Error in ICSS B2C

Hi Experts,

I have confgured the ICSS B2C scenario in CRM 7.0

List of the steps i have done for creating and Checking the Product catalogue .

I have replicated product Catalogue using COMM_PCAT_IMS_INIT - Initial Replication

And it returned me successfull logs .

After that I have checked in the CRM WEBUI Indexed Catalog Varaint details , the status is Active but the Replication Status is No Replication Possible

After that I have checked the TREXADMIN tcode and in the Tab Index Admin and Index Landscape the newly created Product catalogue Indexes are present

After that i have checked TREX_RFC_AE_EXAMPLE by using the option SEARCH* and used the Index Id , it returned the product details

I logined into the http://<host>:<port>/icss_b2c , but it still shows there is an Error occured in the Product catalogue

Please suggest me where i need to check more ..

    Hi Vikranth,

    Have you check value of properties "nameserver.address" and "nameserver.backupserverlist" of "TREX Services" under "service" section of Visual Admin.

    May be you forgot to provide TREX server value. If it is empty provide value and restart ICSS application.

    Just check this also.
