Getting prompted to register CR while using Visual Studio 2008?

I have a Visual Studio 2008 application that utilizes a few crystal reports. In creating my 3rd report for this application, I suddenly got propmpted to register this version of CR. I've never had that happen before. I followed the instructions on registering it by creating a profile on the SAP website. Keep in mind this is a desktop application and not a web application. Anyway, I filled out the profile info and it said it would send me the registration number. However, that was a couple of days ago and I've yet to receive this registration #.

Aynone ever encountered this before? What was the work-around?
