Hello,
every now and then the XML Maps within Xcelsius disappear. When you open the Developer in Excel and klick on the "Source" button, all XML Maps are gone.
There was no problem to design the dashboard and link the data to it, but as soon as it is finished and you safe it could be the case that when you open the xlf file again, all XML Data is deleted.
This problem is very annoying because after you have lost all maps you need to link all the data again which means a lot of work then.
I have already had a look trough some others forums and noticed that this problem is already known. While talking to the Rockwell Support, we bought the software Xcelisus of in a package called Vantage Point, he told me the same.
Is there a possibility to fix this problem? Will it be fixed soon by a new patch?
Used version in company :
Xcelsius Enterprise : 5.3.2.0
Build Number : 12,3,2,864
