Remove s & d tab from equipment master

HELLO

In equipment master, from the below tab pages I want to deactivate the sales & distribution tab, how to do that?

General, location organization, structure, sales & distribution etc

There is no way to reset this value as standard..

You could get your ABAP team to write a small program to update the EQUI-S_SALE field first ensuring there is no SD data entered.

Hello,

Below are the Path for SPRO

Plant Maintenance and Customer Service>Master Data in Plant Maintenance and Customer Service>Technical Objects>Equipment>Equipment Categories-->Define Additional Business Views for Equipment Categories

Then Select the Equipment Category for which you want deactivate the Sale and Distr. View and Uncheck or Unmark the "S" Column Check box

the check box is already unmark but still it is coming, the main thing is that for same equip. category for some equipments sales & distribution tab is active why it is so?

Hi.

When you did this Setting?? If Just now you done this setting as above mention by me please create new Equipment by using that Equipment category for which you did the that setting.

IT IS WORKING FOR THE NEW EQUI.

BUT I WANT TO REMOVE THAT S& D TAB FROM THE EQUIP. WHICH IS CREATED BY S & D TAB

Hello,

Once created Equipment with S&D view can not modified the TAB.You can do by archieving that Equipment that is only way.And create that equipment newly .
