creating material cost with quantity structure

Dear experts,

Iu2019m trying to create material cost estimate with quantity structure (CK11N). The cost estimate is composed as below: production cost + overhead rates (transport cost+ taxe).

When I fill the overhead rates in the customizing (controlling>internal orders>actual posting>overheads rates>maintain calculation procedures) and i try than to create a material cost estimate with quantity structure with transaction code CK11N. The calculation of the cost estimate doesnu2019t take in consideration the overhead rate thus i have just the production cost.

Iu2019m in real trouble could any expert help me please.
