how we can find DB size now and monthly growth size as well in production

How we can find DB size now and monthly growth size as well in production, size increases per month in average, please let me know the answer as i am very new in SAP BASIS.

Hi Sanjay,

look at transaction db02, button "Space". There you find the daily changes, but you can also choose weekly or monthly canges.

If you haven't any values or only few values you have to plan the "Update data for transation DB02" in transation db13.

SAP has created a new DB perf warehouse also that will track all the DB in your landscape.

It uses BW cube in Solution Manager so if you kjeep alot of data and have many instances might need to make the cubes bigger.

Hi Bryan,

if i understand this note correctly it is for DB2 LUW (only?).

Besides this you're right, the upcoming Solution Manager seems to be a good tool.
