Printing Script without a spool request

Hi Experts.

when executing transaction F.62, it is giving a spool request instead of printing the customer invoice or generating preview.

my requirement is that I need to print the script directly after the transaction is executed.

Try this.

Use transaction SU01, GIve login user id

Select change button

In defaults tab Under spool control select " output immediately" check box

and save. Logoff and login again.

You should have access for this. Otherwise basis team can control for spool seetingsin trnasactions: SPAD

I always suggest print with spool. It will be safe side to check preview and print (save paper) also histroy will be available.

Thanks for your response.

I have tried that option earlier but it gives same result. I also understand that the option of using the spool is always better than taking the print, but business doesn't like to give the access of SP01 or SP02 to the users for some security reasons.

Still awaiting solution.

Hi,

Instead of executing, select the option "Execute and Print" in the menu > program.

For my 2c worth, did you specify a printer in the transaction at the bottom?
