RG23 II posting not yet done

Hi SAP Guru,

Iam facing this issue while doing MIRO. RG23 II posting not yet done

Checked for Excise invoice and found that it is posted, but status and accounting document is not yet posted in table J_1IGRXREF.

So any one can help me to resolve this issue ASAP.

Then Checking Part2 entry posted or not while MIRO is not a SAP std setting , this is through enhancement.

I think you know correct Excise invoice number or Internal document Number. check Table J_1IEXCDTL and J_1IEXCHDR .....check Status field "P" or not (posted) if it is "P" then it means that Part1 and Part2 entries done. if it is Blank then system will not generated PART2 entries. with accounting document. proferly

then you should post the entries and go for MIRO

so u can do ur MIRO , as we need to pay these creaditable excise duty to vendor.

But Iam gettinng Error at the time of MIRO.. RG Part II Posting not yet done....

My first question : If everything is posted then why table is not updated .

and Why iam getting Error at the time of MIRO.

At this moment i cant say anything , cancel part2 register entry and again post the same.

or

Kindly check accounting etries setting are there in cutomization or not.

Hi,

If the material document is not avl in table J_1IGRXREF means the GR should have been posted with out Excise.

Pl. check the Excise tab in GR display, whether Part II tab is avl in "Excise Invoice -> More data" and current status in "Miscellanous" tab.

After confirming that the material document is posted with out Excise, you can capture excise thro J1IEX Cpature Excise invoice -> J1I5 update register -> J1IEX posting.

but when I am checking the document number in MIGO ... and in system it is showing posted but not updated in the table then.

..I have Excise invoice number .. and internal number also but still the message is same ....

Suggest me in this case.

I have checked in MIGO .....> Excise tab ....> Part 2 tab is there but still Iam getting the Error.

RG23 Part II Posting not Yet Done.

and what doed it mean : Account 60259000 requires an assignment to an object.?
