PO Print Preview - Default Output Type Selection.

Experts:

When I click Print Preview from me22n,

1. If the document has the output type 'NEU' already processed, it displays the PO(Print Preview).

2. If the document does not have the output 'NEU' already processed, then it displays a dialogue box with list of output types (ZNE, ZNE1) and upon selection of output type it displays the Print Preview.

The only difference I see between these output types are, NEU has a condition record which is not available in ZNE and ZNE1. Otherwise all these 3 Output types are similar. Output types ZNE and ZNE1 are created from NEU.

I do not want the dialogue box and need the PO Print Preview directly.

Can any one throw some light on what changes need to be done in the configuration to stop the dialogue box.

Do it through ME9F.

Pass the required message type or any parameters and execute it.

Hi,

If you don't want the output type ZNE and ZNE1, then remove it from the output procedure( Transaction code : NACE -> click on Button Procedures -> Select the output procedure -> Click on Control Option -> Remove Output types which are not required).

I need all these output types.

The requirement is, when print preview is clicked the PO should be displayed without asking the user to select a output type.

I need to supress the dialogue box which ask's user to select the Output type.
