Inactive original form when we choose second form

Hi All!

I am developing one form that need to key in exchange rate when in system not key exchange rate yet for certain date.

But when i show exchange rate form for user key in, i would like user must key exchange rate and can not active my form if exchange rate form is still open.

How to do in SDK. Please give advise.

This is concept of modal form.

You can see the source in sample example on your machine
