Search Help restriction for locked WBS Elements

Timesheets (CAT2) uses a search help to look up Network activities attached to a WBS Elements.

I want to exclude all activities from the look up where the WBS element has a system status of locked (LKD)

Where do I find this field?

The seach help is linking tables: PRPS AUFK AFPO PROJ

Hi,

as for other objects in SAP status of WBS is stored in table JEST. Check BAPI BAPI_BUS2054_GET_STATUS which reads WBS status.

Thanks I an now see the linl using the object number from PRPS to JEST.

Just an ancilliary question. In table JEST the status field STAT has a data element of J_STATUS domain J_STATUS. Do you know how I could find the different values for this field (I0001 I0042 etc)

Hi Martin

I just needed a look at the system to discover the status is in table TJ02T. So in my example I will be checking that the the system status is NOT I0043 LKD Locked and NOT I0046 CLSD Closed.
